SiFu Alan began martial arts at age nine with Judo, later adding Jiu Jitsu.

He began Wing Chun in 1998 under NWTO GB (EWTO) and earned his 1st Technician Grade in 2003.

In 2007, he began training with SiFu Sergio Iadarola, gaining deeper insight into internal development.

He achieved his 5th Technician Grade in 2018 and his 6th Technician Grade in 2023 at the Eternal Spring Institute.

He has taught across London, Surrey and the UK, with experience including:

• Unarmed defence training in close protection programmes

• Supporting the Confucius Institute for Traditional Chinese Medicine at London South Bank University

• Teaching adults of all backgrounds with clarity and structure
